The door incorporates intelligently designed polyamide thermal breaks that ensure low thermal conductivity. Effective seals and
bespoke design features provide superior weather tightness, reduce air leakage and give enhanced acoustic benefits. It all adds up to a highly insulated sliding door that has a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K with 28mm double glazing and as low as 0.9 W/m²K with triple glazing. It means the Stellar Inline Sliding Door meets the new Part L requirements for thermal efficiency with standard 28mm double glazing and its future-proofed design is ready for increased thermal efficiency requirements as part of the drive towards net zero.
